Request for Bids for Strategic Planning Consultant

Building upon recent updates to our organizational mission, vision, and values, AIISF is seeking to undertake a 12-month strategic planning process to clarify short, immediate, and long-term impacts and strategies. In particular, AIISF is interested in 3 time horizons:
the next 5 years;
the year 2040 which will mark the 100th anniversary of the closing of the immigration station; and
2126 : how do we ensure the buildings at the site remain standing and activated for the next 100 years?
AIISF’s Executive Director and Board of Directors will be primarily responsible for implementation of stakeholder engagement, analysis, strategy development, and writing. We are seeking a consultant to provide neutral facilitation of key discussions as well as to offer outside perspective to validate analysis of stakeholder engagement data and identified strategies. Anticipated 30 to 40 hours of engagement.
